Pros: The patio glass and framing materials appear to be of good quality. Cons: VERY poor customer care, bad business practices, places profit above customer needs
Be prepared for delays and lots of waiting!

Company literature, salesman and contractor estimated completion of project from signing contract to completion to be 6-8 weeks. 14 weeks later, they finally STARTED the job. We were not notified of delays and instead had to track down…
Pros: quality of materials and workmanship appear to be good Cons: Minimal follow up, minimal communication, excessive delays
